Custom Stainless Steel Machinery Components — Fabrication & CNC Machining
ZEMSS manufactures custom stainless steel machinery components and structural parts for food processing machinery, chemical process equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, and general industrial applications. Components are fabricated from mill-certified bar, plate, tube, and pipe stock, then machined, welded, or formed to your drawing at our 12,000㎡ Taiyuan facility.
Grade selection follows your application: 304 for standard food contact and industrial environments, 316L for chemical resistance or pharmaceutical GMP, 2205 duplex for higher-strength structural parts, and 17-4PH precipitation hardening stainless for components requiring high tensile strength combined with corrosion resistance. Each component ships with a dimensional inspection report confirming conformance to your drawing and an MTR tracing material to the original mill heat.

- One supplier for full part lifecycle — Raw material sourcing, cutting, machining, welding, grinding, polishing, and inspection performed at one facility. Eliminates sub-contractor quality variation and reduces lead time versus multi-vendor procurement.
- Reverse engineering capability — Send us a worn or broken part, a photo with key dimensions, or any available documentation. Our team will measure the part, produce a working drawing for your approval, and quote from that. Common workflow for replacement parts on existing food, chemical, or pharmaceutical equipment.
- GMP-compliant surface finishes — Mechanically polished (Ra ≤ 0.8µm) and electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.25µm) finishes available for pharmaceutical and food direct-contact parts. Surface roughness certificates provided on request to support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ).
- High-strength grades for demanding applications — 17-4PH in H900 condition achieves UTS ≥ 1,310 MPa with good corrosion resistance. 2205 duplex provides approximately twice the yield strength of 316L. Both are available for shafts, pins, and structural components where standard austenitic grades are size-limited by strength.
- Qualified weld procedures — All welding performed to written WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) qualified per ASME Section IX or ISO 15614. Welder performance qualification records maintained and available for customer review.
