PRODUCTS WE FABRICATE
Stainless Steel Components for
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
All components are fabricated to your engineering drawings and GMP specifications. Surface finish Ra, weld standard, and material grade confirmed before production.
Pharmaceutical Vessels & Reactors
316L stainless steel vessels, reactor tanks, and mixing vessels for API synthesis, formulation, and bioprocessing. Electropolished interior to Ra ≤ 0.4µm. Full weld documentation and dimensional inspection report as standard.
Pharmaceutical Heat Exchangers
Shell-and-tube and plate-type heat exchangers in 316L for WFI cooling, purified water systems, and process fluid temperature control. Product contact surfaces electropolished. Cleanability confirmed by design review.
Sanitary Tube & Fittings
316L hygienic tube for pharmaceutical process pipelines, WFI distribution loops, and CIP return lines. Inside surface polished to Ra ≤ 0.8µm or Ra ≤ 0.4µm. Available to ASME BPE, 3-A, or DIN 11850 dimensional standards.
Clean-room Enclosures & Structural Components
Custom stainless steel enclosures, equipment housings, and structural components for GMP clean rooms. 316L with electropolished or brushed Ra ≤ 0.8µm finish. Designed to eliminate dead legs, particle traps, and horizontal ledge surfaces.
RECOMMENDED MATERIALS
Grade & Finish Selection for Pharmaceutical
316L is the pharmaceutical industry standard for product-contact surfaces. Surface finish Ra value is specified alongside grade — both matter for GMP compliance.
316 / 316L
Standard Chemical Grade
The baseline grade for most chemical process applications. Molybdenum addition provides resistance to chloride pitting and general corrosion from dilute acids and alkalis. 316L (low carbon) preferred for welded fabrications to prevent sensitisation.
Electropolished 316L
Cleanroom & High-Purity Applications
Electropolishing removes the surface layer and achieves Ra ≤ 0.4µm or Ra ≤ 0.2µm on 316L — the finish requirement for clean rooms, WFI storage, and aseptic process equipment. Passivation layer re-formed after electropolishing to maximise corrosion resistance.
