MOQ is 1 piece for all custom fabricated parts — including tanks, pressure vessels, laser-cut components, and site furnishings. For raw material (plate, pipe, bar), MOQ is typically 1 sheet, 1 coil, or 1 pipe length depending on grade and size. There is no volume lock-in: we produce single prototypes on the same production line as full batches, with the same quality control and documentation.

We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, IGES, and PDF technical drawings. Dimensioned sketches — even hand-drawn photos of a part with measurements annotated — are also acceptable for straightforward shapes. If you don’t have a drawing yet, describe the application, approximate dimensions, and material grade. Our engineering team will advise on standard sizes and feasibility, and can assist with basic design if your process parameters are known.

Every order includes a full document package as standard — not on request. This covers: mill test report (MTR) from the original steel mill confirming grade, heat number, and chemical composition; dimensional inspection report against your drawing; packing list; commercial invoice; and copies of our ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certificates. For pressure vessel components and fabricated assemblies, weld inspection records and dye-penetrant (DP) test reports are available.

Standard fabrication lead time is 20–45 calendar days from order confirmation, depending on material grade, part complexity, and current production schedule. Rush production is available for urgent requirements — contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility. Raw material supply (plate, pipe, or bar without further fabrication) is typically available within 7–15 days.

Yes — we regularly ship to Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works, Taiyuan) and FOB (Free On Board, Tianjin or Shanghai port). We work with established freight forwarders for sea freight, air freight, and courier (for small samples). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for select countries — specify your preference when requesting a quote and we will confirm availability and cost.
