Custom Stainless Steel Water Tank & Fuel Tank Fabrication
ZEMSS fabricates custom stainless steel water tanks and fuel storage tanks at our 12,000㎡ Taiyuan facility. Each vessel is designed to your process requirements, fabricated from mill-certified plate, and inspected before shipment. Weld quality is verified by visual inspection, dye-penetrant (DP) testing, and hydrostatic pressure testing as standard. Radiographic (RT) or ultrasonic (UT) inspection is available for pressure-rated vessels.
Grade 304 is the standard specification for potable water, rainwater harvesting, and clean-product storage. Grade 316L is selected for fuel tanks, brine storage, seawater applications, and any liquid containing chlorides or organic acids where 304 would be at risk of pitting corrosion over the design service life.

Key Capabilities
- Design-to-fabrication service — If you have process parameters (capacity, pressure, temperature, media, nozzle locations) but no detailed drawing, our engineering team will design the vessel to your specification and submit a GA drawing for approval before fabrication begins.
- Pressure vessel compliance — Vessels designed and fabricated to ASME VIII Div.1 or PED 2014/68/EU. Hydrostatic test and documentation package supporting CE marking or ASME stamping available on request.
- Insulated jacketed tanks — Double-wall stainless jacket or mineral wool insulation with stainless cladding. Maintains product temperature in cold-chain, heated-process, or outdoor exposure installations.
- Skid-mounted systems — Tank assembled on a stainless or painted carbon steel skid with associated pipework, valves, pump connections, and instrument nozzles. Site-ready package reduces installation time.
- Full documentation package — MTR, weld map, inspection records, pressure test certificate, dimensional report, and manufacturer’s data report (MDR) for code-stamped vessels.
