Key Properties
- Hygienic weld quality — All food-contact weld seams are TIG-welded with full penetration and ground flush to eliminate crevices where bacteria can accumulate. Complies with EN 1672-2 zone 1 (direct food contact) surface requirements.
- No.4 surface durability — Brushed No.4 finish resists scratching better than mirror polish in daily-use environments, while remaining fully cleanable with standard kitchen sanitisers. Standard for commercial kitchens in EU, USA, and Australia.
- Adjustable feet as standard — All tables and worktops supplied with ±50mm adjustable bullet feet. Compensates for uneven floor levels without shimming. Feet are removable for floor-level cleaning.
- Grade 316L for seafood and acidic environments — Fish processing, citrus, vinegar, and fermented food applications introduce chlorides and organic acids that cause surface pitting in 304 over time. 316L provides long-term surface appearance and hygienic integrity in these environments.
- Custom configuration service — Non-standard dimensions, integrated features (sink bowls, shelves, rails, holes for equipment connections), and project sets with multiple coordinated pieces are all within standard capability.
