Fan Impellers
Stainless steel fan impellers for industrial ventilation, dust extraction, and process air systems. Blades laser-cut from 304 or 316L sheet, pressed or rolled to profile, balanced and welded to hub. Corrosion-resistant for chemical fume and wet-air service.
Equipment Enclosures & Housings
Custom stainless steel enclosures, control panel housings, junction boxes, and equipment covers. Sheet metal fabricated to your SolidWorks or DXF output — laser cut, CNC bent, TIG welded, and brushed to finish. IP-rated design on request.
Structural Weld Assemblies
Complex multi-part weld assemblies fabricated to your assembly drawing — frames, brackets, sub-assemblies, and structural supports. Angle, channel, round bar, and plate combined. Dimensional inspection report confirms fit-up tolerances to ±0.5mm.
Fasteners & Standard Parts
Stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers, studs, and non-standard fasteners. 304 and 316L in A2 and A4 grades. Standard DIN, ISO, and ASTM specifications, or custom-machined to your drawing. Bulk supply for equipment assembly with full material certification.
RECOMMENDED MATERIALS
Grade Selection for Machinery Applications
Grade choice depends on operating environment — dry indoor machinery uses 304; wet, chemical, or outdoor equipment specifies 316L.
304 / 304L
General Machinery — Dry Environments
The standard grade for machinery components not exposed to chlorides, moisture, or chemical media. Excellent formability for complex pressed and bent parts. Widely available in plate, sheet, tube, and bar for all common machinery profiles. Cost-effective for high-volume OEM production runs.
316 / 316L
Wet, Chemical & Outdoor Service
Specify 316L when machinery operates in wet environments, handles chemical media, or is installed outdoors. Molybdenum content resists pitting from wash-down water, process fluids, and atmospheric chlorides. Required for food-zone machinery and equipment in coastal locations.
